About Galeno:

Galeno Tyme is a 16.1h grey 1999 Oldenburg stallion. He was purchased as a foal from Lee Verdier in Quebec, Canada. He was imported from Germany at his dam’s side. His bloodlines shine through onto his offspring with tremendous rideability and athleticism. Galeno won the North American Stallion Test with the highest overall score ever given. He won all phases of the test except cross country, where he was second to the only Thoroughbred stallion. Galeno’s fan club traveled from home to support him at the final testing phase of the stallion test, and he had excited supporters flying in from as far as Germany to witness his weekly free jumping practices.

There is no end to his scope, be it jumping or dressage, and his personality is charming and charismatic every day, flirting for his treats and flirting with the work. He enjoys life with the most positive outlook and is a joy to train and work with.

His offspring are gaining the same reputation, proving to be super athletes in any area, charming and charismatic, enjoying every task. Breeders that bred to sell rarely let go of Galeno’s offspring once they are old enough to ride. Anyone can ride them and they have the potential to do everything asked of them. I am delighted with the outcome of both his training and breeding performance. Galeno Tyme is schooling all of the Grand Prix movements and will begin showing when the test is solid. Like himself, all of his youngsters have a natural aptitude to jump (even as foals) and a tremendous aptitude for piaffe and passage.
